Can I manage multiple business accounts?

Yes, the Clui platform allows for multiple accounts and complex integrations.

Do you provide technical support?

Support is included in all our pricing plans. All users have access to the Clui Knowledge Base. If you can't find the answer to your questions, you can submit a request via our support portal.

Do you charge a setup fee?

No, we do not charge any type of setup fee or cancellation fee. Clui is pay-as-you-go. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and the change will take effect from your next payment cycle.

Where is the platform hosted?

The platform is hosted on the Microsoft Azure Cloud with multiple servers located in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia.

Can we install Clui LMS on our own server?

We don't offer an installable version of Clui. It is available as a hosted service only. We maintain the servers, the security, the updates and improvements, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Do you have storage or bandwidth limits?

No, we offer unlimited storage and unlimited bandwidth.

Can I sell my courses?

Yes, monetise your courses, manage transactions and track sales through your Clui enterprise.

Which browsers does Clui support?

We support the current and previous release of Chrome, Firefox and Safari. We also support Internet Explorer 11+ (for Windows 8 and previous versions), and Microsoft Edge (for Windows 10+).

Can I communicate with my users?

Administrators are able to interact with users through customisable emails that can be sent at various points throughout the course. Set up automatic emails to be sent to users after a special event or send direct emails to individuals or groups.

Is it right for my industry?

Clui solves business problems in all industries, with tools to create courses, manage your users, share content, and monitor training progress.

How much does it cost to sell courses on Clui?

For each transaction, Clui receives 7% and an additional cost is received by our e-commerce partner, Stripe. For information about Stripe costs, visit Stripe.com.

Do I have to download any software?

No, there is no software to download. Clui is a cloud-based on-demand training platform. You can build, deliver and train from anywhere you have access to the internet.

Is Clui secure?

Yes, Clui is secure. All data is transmitted over a secure and encrypted channel based on TLS 1.2 protocol.

Does Clui support integration?

Clui comes with functional integration features such as an API, SSO and Webhooks.

Can I choose my domain?

Of course! Choose your own custom domain name, i.e. https//yourcompany.clui.com

Can I provide learners with a certificate when they complete their course?

Clui allows you to easily build and provide certificates. You can customise your certificate or use the template provided.

Is Clui just for online learning?

It can be. However, in most cases Clui is used to support and combine face-to-face interaction with e-learning, m-learning and other forms of learning.

Does Clui support events and webinars?

Clui supports face-to-face events as well as webinars. You can create recurring events, specify available seats, and manage attendees with ease.

Does Clui work Offline?

No, an internet connection is required to manage and learn.
